Some of the recent upgrades to this townhome include complete refurnishing (new furniture, linens and carpet).     Property was generally as described. Pictures on web were of another unit than the one assigned. Unit was smaller than pictures. Good if you plan to spend most of the time out of the unit. Fit family but bit of bumping into each other. Kitchen was well equipped - little storage space, so keep that in mind. Very nice to have 2 bathrooms. Place was clean & well kept. A bit of pre-existing damage in the fridge and bathroom but otherwise in good working order and well stocked. Good location for market, playground and lost lake convenience.

    We want to thanks Trevor for all the details he left us in trhis wonderful apartment.
    When we arrive we have a delicious box with hot chocolate, syrup, etc. Then we prevously asked for a crib and he left us the crib and a baby booster chair, that was very helpful for our baby.
    The department is very well located and very well maintained. It has everything you need. Another thing we love it was, that he provides in the kitchen the basic things like sugar, olive oil, salt, coffee, etc. We want to thanks Trevor for make a great family holidays.

    Lovely little apartment, could do with a few dollars spent on the bedrooms but apart from that we were very happy. Excellent location for shops and a short walk to whistler mountain and the peak to peak cable cars. There was some confusion over getting in the door (the front door is round the back and it took a phone call to get in) also the car park was quite tricky to get into, some extra instructions on this would have been great. Would definitely stay here again though, hot tub and pool really nice

    Glaciers reach is only a short walk away from the town and the chairlifts. We jad everything there what we needed (hot tub, BBQ, etc).
    Unfortunately our 2 bikes were stolen inside the bike room during our first night. I wouldn't recommend anyone to pit your bikes in tjere. Better clean them and time them inside your apartment.

    Lots of room for 6 of us. Our kids loved the TV's in every room, and it gave everyone a private area to relax. All the kitchen amenities and cooking supplies anyone would ever need. I couldn't believe it even had the important spices. Plenty of towels and lots of extra blankets. Very nice property managers always accessible if needed. plenty of extra parking. And the location is still our favorite as it is quiet, close to the IGA, and close to the main trails.We will definitely book again. The only major issue was te BBQ as we made burgers but it smoked out our suite and both of our neighbors so maybe it needs a repair? And the pool was a little too cold for swimming, but the private hot tub was a lovely amazing addition. Thank you for a great experience!!

    My bf and I, plus his best friend and gf went to whistler on a birthday celebration get away and were not dissapointed. Every amenity we needed was including in the condo. There was enough towels and toiletries supplies to last us the entire weekend, including several daily trips to our hot tub. Our only concern was that the lava lamp in the bedroom was more of a lamp than lava ;) Two bathrooms allowed complete privacy and the common spacious kitchen table enabled plenty of games to be played, which were also supplied by the owners. Still cannot stop smiling! Thank you again!

    A lovely apartment that is clean and well equipped. It is so easy to get to the ski slopes as the No 4 bus stops on the opposite side of the road. It is also situated very close to the Market Place which has a supermarket, bank, liquor store. Trevor and his team are also very friendly.     Really enjoyed the stay. Suite was very well equipped for sleeping, cooking, cleanup and entertainment. Hot tub was ready to go and the Wifi and TV were easy to use.
    One snag was the unit was listed with photos of two queen beds when in fact it had a queen and two singles.

    The room was perfect for our needs, large dining room table seated six, beds were comfortable. Also, Glacier's Reach is a great location for two reasons: its a 2-minute walk to the Marketplace or the beginning of the Village Stroll, and the fact that it's just off the Village Stroll makes it great for bike access to the road (which is a faster means of getting to the lift, since you cannot ride your bike in the Village). Will stay here again!

    We rented two condos for the Ironman Canada weekend in July. The condos were perfect for this event. The space was compact, but efficient and had everything we needed. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were perfect to accommodate multiple families. The kitchen was well equipped and the hot tub was a nice bonus. The location across the street from the marketplace and Whistler Village was super convenient to go to the Ironman expo and attend various triathlon events. I couldn't have asked for a better spot to stay!

    My friends were skeptical about renting a condo (rather than a hotel), but I think they came around in the end. I had very good communication from the owner/management company as well. It was great to have our own space and everything was as described. The furnishings were tasteful and the location was great. It took us a while to locate extra towels, but there turned out to be plenty. Some were a little threadbare and could stand to be replaced soon. I would say that the hot tubs, while private to the units, aren't really private. Ours overlooked the pool area and we had people walking past. It would be great to erect a privacy screen or something...this would make hot tubbing a more pleasurable experience. Overall, though, it was great...! I have no real complaints!

    Have stayed at Glaciers Reach several other times before. The week started out fantastic as 40 cms fell on arrival day, but the famous Whistler melt and rain took over the rest of the week. We were very happy with the unit, large, well equipped. Our problem were the neighbors, very loud, thinking around in ski boots in the AM, DOGS everywhere, seemed that most of these people were not just vacation renters, but, season renters. The walls were paper thin and we could hear the people in unit 21 and 29 all day and night, making have to va ate the master bedroom, and sleep in a make shift, two single beds, pushed together, king bed. Not super romantic. For the amount we paid, I would have expected better sleeping arrangements. The underground parking looked like a construction zone in certain areas, also very tight if you have anything bigger than a standard car. Hot Tub was not very private, basically in the alcove between 3 units and right on the path on the back side of the south building.

The location is good for easy access to very nice market and other shops directly across the street, however not super easy for ski in out type option. The walls in this condo are very thin and could hear a lot of noise from neighbors on the side and above.

    It’s so great to have a place at Whistler that is so cozy and feels like home. I have stayed at Glacier’s Reach nearly every visit to Whistler and it never disappoints. Close to the village, has plenty of space and a kitchen so it’s great for families, and the hot tub seals the deal for us. There’s nothing like spending a cold night in a toasty warm hot tub. Trevor was a great manager and we would return in a minute!

    Hot tub and a two second walk from the shopping strip. What more could a girl want? We had a brilliant time and it was very cheap for the three nights. I would definitely stay here and I would recommend it to anyone.

    Everything was great, just like moving into your own home in Whistler. All you need is here. The only thing we need more is cupboard space for groceries. We had to move a few small appliances we don't normally use and make space. Otherwise, there's nothing more needed. Just move in and enjoy.

    Had an overall great stay. Customer service was top-notch, and cleaning was spotless. Was there over festival weekend and head thumping base from concerts in village till late at night. Otherwise, great experience.

    The place worked well for our purposes. We liked the barbecue and hot tub. It was conveniently located directly across the street from the grocery store, liquor store, Starbucks and other shopping locations. It's a few blocks from the lifts but works well if you're biking since I just rode my bike to the lift.

    It was good. There should be an a/c unit in the main area (living room area) because that place gets HOT in the summer. Both rooms have a/c though.
